The final solution always depends on the survey, the coverage available and the nature of the event.

Can you bring internet to a venue with no fibre?

Yes. When there is no usable line we bring connectivity ourselves with multi-carrier mobile networks and LEO satellite. The final solution is confirmed after the site survey, because it depends on the actual coverage there.

What happens if a line goes down?

Links are monitored continuously. If a connection degrades or drops, traffic is automatically routed over the remaining active lines: the event stays connected, although total capacity may drop until the line comes back.

Can you provide Wi-Fi for the audience too?

Yes. We design coverage with professional access points chosen and placed according to venue size, expected number of users and crowd density. Guest Wi-Fi stays separate from critical services.

Can you create separate networks for POS, staff and guests?

Yes. The infrastructure can be segmented with dedicated VLANs and SSIDs: tills and POS, production and streaming, organisers, exhibitors, speakers and audience can each have their own network with different priority.

Do you provide dedicated connections for live streaming?

Yes. For live shows we reserve upload bandwidth for the gallery and give video flows priority, with a backup path over the other lines. Capacity is sized on the bitrate and number of feeds planned.

How far in advance should the site survey happen?

It depends on complexity. For large events or difficult venues a few weeks ahead is sensible, because the survey can reveal the need for extra hardware or permits. Simpler situations need far less lead time.

Does the service include support during the event?

Yes. It includes testing before doors open, monitoring of links and hardware during the event and response if anything goes wrong. Presence can be on site or remote, as agreed.

Which areas do you cover?

We work mainly in Palermo and across the whole of Sicily, with surveys and installations in every province of the island.

Can the infrastructure be installed outdoors?

Yes. We use flight-cased equipment, outdoor access points and antennas on trusses or poles. Power, weather protection and cable routes are defined during the survey.
